Ask on WhatsAppWe offer three plans: Iron (₹1,499/month) for full gym access, Steel (₹2,499/month) which includes personal training sessions and diet consultation, and Elite (₹4,499/month) for unlimited personal training and comprehensive transformation support. All plans include full equipment access and locker facilities.
MembershipWe are open Monday to Saturday from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Elite plan members receive extended access. Public holidays may affect timings — we notify members in advance via WhatsApp.
TimingsAbsolutely. A significant portion of our members started with zero gym experience. Every new member receives a fitness assessment and basic orientation session at no cost. Our coaches are experienced in guiding beginners through the fundamentals safely and effectively.
BeginnersYes. We have a dedicated women's training area, female trainers available, and a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment. Our female membership has grown 60% year-over-year — a testament to the safe and empowering environment we've built.
Women SafetyPersonal training sessions are 60 minutes each, conducted by certified coaches. Your coach will design a progressive workout plan based on your goals and fitness level, track your progress, and adjust the program regularly. Sessions can be booked in advance via WhatsApp or at the front desk.
Personal TrainingYes. Steel and Elite members receive personalized diet consultations. Our nutrition approach is science-backed and practical — real food, sustainable habits, no extreme crash diets. We factor in your lifestyle, food preferences, and goals.
Diet & NutritionYes, members can request a membership freeze of up to 30 days per year with valid reason (illness, travel, etc.). This must be requested at least 3 days before the pause period. Freezing does not extend the billing cycle.
MembershipWith consistent training and proper nutrition, most members notice visible changes within 6–8 weeks. Significant transformation results typically appear within 3–4 months. Results depend on your consistency, adherence to diet, sleep quality, and starting fitness level.
